Simplifai signs deal with leading insurer in the Netherlands
Simplifai signs leading insurer “Nh1816 Verzekeringen” in the Netherlands, providing its AI-powered Digital Employee technology to help automate the intake and handling of Claims. This is a milestone deal in the Dutch insurance market.
Nh1816 Verzekeringen, founded in 1816, is a traditional and independent player in the Dutch Insurance market, where the go-to-market channel, unlike most, is not direct to the end customer but through hundreds of local agents throughout the country.
Nh1816 Verzekeringen daily receives more than 1,000 customer e-mails and an equal number of documents related to insurance claims within home, car, travel, and other insurance products. The company has grown +/- 10% YoY for several years and expects to continue this trend. A higher degree of automation will thus support continued growth by tackling the increasing work volume, consequently avoiding an addition in corresponding staff.

Simplifai will provide its AI-powered Digital Employee technology to help automate the intake and handling of claims to reduce the time employees spend on manual handling of documents. This will also reduce response time for customers that await feedback on their insurance claims. This is critical for Nh1816 Verzekeringen, which has been rated with the industry’s best Net Promoter Scores for customer contact and service level.
